Personalised meal plans

Your meal plans will be created and built around your schedule, budget, allergens, and favourite foods.

The nutrition coaching I offer will be tailored to the individual, their dieting history and relationship with food. Together we will design a plan that is guaranteed to get results and educate you on how to eat in a way that is sustainable and non-restrictive.

Bespoke workout plans

You will get bespoke workouts once your goals, abilities and fitness levels are established. Your workouts will be dynamic, challenging, rewarding, and will progress and develop alongside you.

My training app includes workouts that are easy to follow along with video demonstrations, daily feedback and accountability so you feel confident in every session.

Private message support

You will be able to engage with me directly to ask questions, receive form analysis and ensure you never lose momentum on your fitness journey. Your accountability and support is just one message away.

Personal progress + tracking

You can stay on track with weekly check-ins. Together, we can spend time reflecting on your journey so far, celebrate your wins, problem solve, and look forward to what is to come and make any adjustments if needed to ensure maximum progress.

Complete The Typeform

Filling out the typeform is the first step on your new journey. This will consist of a few questions to help me get a better understanding of you and your goals. I will be in contact via email or WhatsApp when your typeform has been reviewed.

Book A Consultation

Book a free consultation if you would prefer to discuss your goals on a call. Here, we can answer any questions or queries you may have.

Creating Your Bespoke Plan

Once you have been accepted, your bespoke plan will be created. This will be tailored around you and your goals, and will ensure a sustainable and safe approach that benefits your health in the long term.

Your First Session

You are now part of CLUB FIA and are ready to take on your first session. We will work closely together to form your new healthy and sustainable lifestyle. This will be the start of an amazing journey and I will support you every step of the way.

Sophia

I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Online Coach, and Yoga Teacher.

Health, fitness, and the gym have been lifelong passions of mine and have proven to be instrumental in bettering my life and well-being. My ambition to become a Certified PT and Online Coach was fueled by the lack of deeper knowledge I had which prevented me from seeing real results, and the desire to help others find their way through the wonderful world of health and fitness.

Over the years I have successfully applied my specialist knowledge and way of training to better myself and others, and I would love to help you on your journey too.

What if i’m not a gym go-er?

As a beginner, your training plan will start with the fundamental building blocks and will change as you progress. My program promises clarity, simplicity and you can rest assured knowing that the exercises you are doing will work.

In the app there are video demonstrations for every exercise to show clearly what to do so you will always feel confident in the gym.

What should I expect from online coaching?

You should expect a dedicated and experienced coach willing to guide you through your fitness journey and become a better version of you.

Alongside which, you will have access to tools, expertise, and gain knowledge that will help you reach and surpass the goals you set.

How will payment be made and taken?

You can pay on a monthly basis or 3 months upfront, which works out cheaper. All payments are made via the payment platform Stripe.
